Do You Know The Way?

1 "Don't be troubled. Believe in God, and believe in me. 2 My Father's house has many rooms. If that were not true, would I have told you that I'm going to prepare a place for you? 3 If I go to prepare a place for you, I will come again. Then I will bring you into my presence so that you will be where I am. 4 You know the way to the place where I am going." 5 Thomas said to him, "Lord, we don't know where you're going. So how can we know the way?" 6 Jesus answered him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one goes to the Father except through me. ~ (John 14:1-6 God’s Word Translation)

Do you ever question if you are getting it right where God is concerned? Am I going to the right church? Do I understand what God wants from me? Does my church teach from the bible or from man’s ideas? Here Christ is telling us that if we do not believe that He is the truth and the life, if we do not believe that He is the ONLY way to His Fathers house then we are lost. We must believe that the only way to God is through faith in the Son, Jesus Christ. The one and only path to El Shaddai (Lord God Almighty) is through His Beloved Son. If anyone teaches any other additions to trust and faith in Immanuel, the Only Begotten Son of God they are replacing that faith alone is the access to the throne of El Olam, the Everlasting God. The path to Our Creator is not Jesus plus religious passion. Our faith trek to God’s mansion is not the Messiah and denominational allegiance. Being Christian is not the Redeemer with a burning crusade. Jesus Christ is The Word; Jesus Christ is the Living God. When we are introduced to Jesus, we are introduced to God! Christ and only Christ is the answer to our soul’s pleading!

Good old doubting Thomas spoke the concerns of the disciple’s, doubts and fears. They had encountered the truth of Jesus’ life altering and life sustaining teaching and still lacked the comprehension as to why He must die.  Even though they witnessed Jesus bringing Lazarus back from the dead, they still did not conceive the idea that after three days Christ would rise from the dead, emerge from the tomb. They could not imagine that the death of Jesus would allow them to encounter the living Lord. Please understand and trust that the way to God will always be made clear when we accept Jesus Christ as the true Living God.

“18 No one has ever seen God. God's only Son, the one who is closest to the Father's heart, has made him known.” ~ (John 1:18, GWT).

Do you know the Way? Do you believe that Jesus is only an incarnation of God: or God manifest? Are you putting your trust in anyone or anything other than Jesus Christ to escort you into the presence God? You begin by loving Jesus Christ your Redeemer with your all your heart. By faith allow Jesus to enter into your heart. Empower the Messiah’s warm and loving grace to forgive you of your trespasses. Enjoy the Beloved Son of God and His eternal love. Love Him with your conviction accept that Jesus is God. Know that Christ is the one and only way to Jehovah Sabaoth. Love God with your spirit; bask in Christ peace and protection. Love God by relinquishing your will and submit His will, believe that Gods will is best, the Creator knows the creation.

As a disciple of Jesus, have an urgency to show and tell others how and why Christ is the one and only way to our Father in Heaven. Just like the disciples after Christ resurrection, we cannot and must not be silent the Holy Spirit has calmed our soul now we are filled with a holy fearlessness! We are all on a mission with Jesus and we unselfishly want to beckon those we affect to join us in the security of Christ. Not all will listen, not all will join, but by the grace of God, we remain faithful to Jesus Christ: the Way, the Truth and the Life. We know Him intimately, so we can introduce others to Him. Do you know the way? Jesus is the only way to God.

“12 No one else can save us. Indeed, we can be saved only by the power of the one named Jesus and not by any other person." ~ (Acts 4:12, GWT).
